Metro Pet Services is owned and solely operated by Kathryn A. Lindsey who has been a pet sitter since 2000, has the experience (apart from her own pets) of working with every kind of animal. She began her training as a pet care professionals by doing pet sitting jobs referred to her by Adobe Animal Hospital in Los Altos. At Adobe she was also trained on administering medications (oral and dermal) and was also trained on injections for giving fluids via sub Q.
Kathryn also worked at a prominent reptile shop and was head of the medical department. With this she was responsible to the care and husbandry of all animals in the store. She is experienced working with reptiles of all kinds including snakes, lizards, and other reptiles, amphibians, rodents, and insects including scorpions, tarantulas, and millipedes just to name a few.
Metro Pet Services is now Red Cross Pet First Aid and CPR certified! We also have excellent references and testimonials.
